You will be a crown of splendor in the LORD’S hand,
a royal diadem in the hand of your God.
Isaiah 62:3

If you ever wonder about your worth and value, meditate on Isaiah 62:3 for a season. God’s people, those who believe in Jesus Christ as their Savior, have worth and value beyond measure. God cherishes and makes each individual splendidly.  As you yield your life to the work of the Holy Spirit, and allow His work to be done in your heart, you will become more and more of a beautiful vessel to His honour and glory. If every person understood just how precious and honoured they are in God’s eyes, as they believe in Him, it would make a world of difference in how they live.

Too often we believe the lies the enemy whispers to our souls and walk around feeling unworthy. Or we allow other people’s opinions of us to dictate how we see ourselves.

If you struggle with knowing your worth and value, remember that Christ gave His life for you out of love. Jesus died on the cross to give you and me everlasting life in Christ, if and as we believe in Him. God wants us to know that Jesus makes us worthy. Nothing we do or have done will earn us any worthiness. Christ redeems us. God loves us. He takes us in His hand and makes us valuable, splendid, cherished, redeemed. What more could you desire, dear reader?

Are you chasing after empty pleasures, riches, or things, in order to make you look important, to give you status, to make you noticed?

God’s love is all you need, dear one. His love is more than enough. If you don’t realize how much God loves you as you believe in Him, why not ask Him to take you on a journey to show you how much He loves you? I have prayed that prayer. The answer did not come without a struggle, nor was it an easy answer, but it was worth it.

My value in God’s eyes in unshakeable. No one can take His love away. As you believe in Jesus Christ and ask Him to show you His love for you, God will do the rest. Are you ready to find more depth in the meaning of God’s love for you? Dare to ask Him. You will never ever regret that request.

Long ago the LORD said to Israel: “I have loved you, my people, with an everlasting love. With unfailing love, I have drawn you to myself.”
Jeremiah 31:3

This is God’s love, and it still holds true today for His people.
